Coach Tabby 20 – Unreal Engine Prototype
I designed an AI-driven, real-time product configurator for the Coach Tabby Black Handbag 20, built in Unreal Engine. The goal was to explore how GenAI + real-time 3D can elevate premium retail experiences through interactive, photorealistic product exploration.


What I Built
A fully interactive 3D Tabby bag with real-time rotation, zoom, and macro detail
AI-generated leather materials (pebbled, matte, glossy) derived from real product references
Switchable hardware finishes, lighting presets, and environment modes
A clean UI powered by Blueprint logic for instant material and camera changes
Hyper-realistic lighting using Unreal’s Lumen system

How AI Helped
Generated new leather textures and seasonal variants with diffusion models
Enhanced realism through AI-upscaled grain, stitching, and roughness maps
Reduced manual texture creation time by over 60%
